Senior Care Team Member Night Shift

New Care is committed to providing exceptional care services at The Hamptons Care Centre. Our purpose-built facility in Lytham, St Annes offers a nurturing environment for seniors. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting professional standards and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager
- Providing supervision, coaching, and assessment to Care Assistants
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality audits
- Ensuring effective assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care plans
Requirements for this position include:
- Experience working with older adults
- NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent within the first 12 months
- A sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care and their application in residential settings
