Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Hamptons Care Centre. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team.
This is a full-time contract with an estimated annual salary of £27,100 based on 36 hours per week. You will work 1945-0800, with alternate weekend working.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with older people, hold NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent, and demonstrate a sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care.
