We're seeking kind-hearted individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Lytham St Anne's and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
The Job DescriptionThis role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can work closely with our clients, following individual care plans, and assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting medication management.
You'll also be involved in practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping, ensuring our clients' daily needs are met.
