Personal Care Worker Role

NHS is seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide support and companionship to a young lady with Autism, Epilepsy, and Non-invasive ventilation needs. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and a desire to care for others.
Main Responsibilities:- Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live independently
- Providing companionship, support with housework, running errands, and preparing meals
- Supporting with Epilepsy management and monitoring for seizures
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £12.25 per hour after completing the training. Additionally, we provide paid annual holiday leave, full training, and the opportunity to gain a qualification in Health and Social Care.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to work 12 hours per week, including 1 waking night (2000-0800)
