Care Assistant Lead for Residential Care Home

As a Senior Care Assistant at The Hamptons Care Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
We are seeking a kind, caring and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. This is a full-time contract with an excellent hourly rate of £13. Shift times are 1945-0800, with alternate weekend working.
You will promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents, manage and allocate duties and supervise the care team, and take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with older people, hold NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent, and demonstrate a sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care.
