Nursing Care Assistant Position

New Care, a renowned provider of exceptional care services, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Hamptons Care Centre. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team and ensuring effective 24-hour management of the home. You will also be responsible for promoting the highest standards of clinical nursing care, managing the allocation of duties, and supervising the care team to guarantee a quality delivery of care throughout the shift.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of person-centred care principles and a commitment to promoting the well-being and happiness of our residents are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, you should have experience working with older adults and hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care.
