Job Description

This role involves working with adults who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social interaction. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and dignity are maintained at all times. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that promote independence, well-being, and happiness.

We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard, empathy, and understanding in a positive behavioral support setting. Experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training is provided. Previous experience in care or any relevant qualifications are also beneficial but not required.

Requirements
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Ability to cover a mixture of days, night shifts, and waking watches
  • Previous experience in care (not essential)
  • Relevant qualifications (not essential)
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: £10.50 - £12.00 per hour
