Established in 2010, The Hamptons Care Centre is a renowned care home provider offering premium services to seniors. Our facility in Lytham, St Annes boasts exceptional standards of safety and comfort for residents.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a key member, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in delivering top-notch care and management. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Promoting person-centered clinical nursing care to residents
- Managing the care team and allocating duties effectively
- Serving as a role model and demonstrating best practices in care delivery
- Taking responsibility for safeguarding the welfare of adults under your supervision
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience working with older adults
- NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent within the first 12 months
- A sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care and their application in residential settings
The successful candidate can expect:
