Mental Health Support Worker

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour.
Holidays: 33 days per year (pro rata).
This role involves supporting individuals with complex medical health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with complex medical health needs.
- Provide mental health support and assist in accessing appropriate services.
- Offer person-centred support tailored to meet individual needs.
Requirements:
- Engaging, compassionate, and reliable support worker.
- Experience working with individuals with complex medical health needs.
- Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
