Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in supporting individuals to access the community, manage their health, finances, social activities, hobbies, and interests. As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, maintain their home environment, and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a quality service
* Ensuring a safe, appropriate, and comfortable living environment
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Following support plans and Health and Safety requirements
* Advocating for the rights and needs of our clients
