Job Description:

Disability Equality (NW) Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our night shift team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a client who requires assistance with daily living tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working with people with disabilities. A full driving license is not required but would be advantageous. The salary for this role is £11.6 per hour, paid weekly. You will also receive annual leave and be part of a workplace pension scheme.

Main Duties:

  1. Assisting the client with light domestic duties, such as meal preparation
  2. Accompanying the client to social and community activities
  3. Providing emotional support and companionship
