Job Description

As a Night Support Worker at Ansdell, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our residents, including overnight shifts. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about working with vulnerable children and adolescents.


You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents to management.


The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,000, based on a 40-hour week. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including training opportunities and career progression.
