Job Role: Companion Care Worker
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Companion Care Worker to join our team in the Fylde Coast area. As a Companion Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to our clients, helping them to stay connected with their community and maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in their own homes, providing companionship and support as needed
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Encourage clients to participate in activities and engage with their community
Requirements:
- A warm and empathetic personality, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
