Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication, all while promoting a safe and dignified environment.

You will also be responsible for helping with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

No prior social care experience is required; we value individuals who possess compassion and a genuine desire to care for others.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional care services. We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, and more.
