Elderly Care Specialist

Orchid Healthcare is a leading provider of elderly care services, committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elderly Care Specialist to join our team as a Staff Nurse.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, assessing, delivering, and evaluating individual care for our residents, as well as organising and motivating carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN* Excellent communication skills and a passion for elderly care* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong organisational and time management skills* Previous experience within a similar setting* Minimum 6 months' nursing experience

Salary Estimate: The estimated annual salary for this position is around £43,200 based on 37.5 hours per week.
