Salary Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 FTE, dependent on experience. In addition, we offer 5.6 weeks of holiday, including bank holidays, which increases after two years of service. Other benefits include private healthcare contribution, life assurance at 4x annual salary, contributory pension scheme, paid memberships with RCVS, BVA, and VDS, dedicated CPD allowance, and relocation allowance (terms apply).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Lytham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of small animal cases. This includes performing routine and advanced surgical procedures, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure exceptional service and care for our patients, conducting consultations, and building strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Degree in Veterinary Medicine with RCVS registration. Proven clinical experience in small animal practice is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development is also required.
