IT Help Desk Engineer Position

About the Job:

This position involves addressing client inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional support. You will work closely with our team to provide seamless technical assistance and help resolve complex issues.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems using Windows OS/Server, Active Directory & Group Policies, Office 365 & Azure Administration, and Hardware and Software Troubleshooting expertise
