Autism and Language Impairment Support Worker

We are seeking a School Support Worker to join our Support Centre for Autism and Language Impairment (SCALI) at Remedy Recruitment Group. In this role, you will provide critical support to students in overcoming learning barriers and contributing to their academic progress.
About the Role:- You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to meet individual student needs.
- You will deliver targeted learning sessions to small groups of students and provide one-to-one support when needed.
- Experience working with secondary age children with Autism and Language Impairment is essential.
- A professional, kind, and calm manner is required.
- An understanding of special educational needs and how to tailor support to meet individual needs is necessary.
