About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Education Assistant to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES. The successful candidate will provide specialist support to students with Autism and other Special Educational Needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver focused 1:1 support to students with varying levels of need, including ADHD and visual impairment.
- Implement behaviour management techniques in collaboration with the class teacher to promote effective learning.
- Work closely with SEN professionals to enhance academic achievement and personal growth.
Requirements
- A degree from a reputable UK University.
- Experience working with SEN students.
- Confidence in managing behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment.
