We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Educational Support Professional to join our Ofsted 'Outstanding' TreeHouse School team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the academic and personal growth of our autistic pupils.

You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each child. Your expertise and compassion will enable our pupils to access the curriculum, build their independence, and enhance their self-esteem through community-led activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with 1:1 sessions to promote academic progress and social development;
  • Collaborating with teachers to design and implement individualized learning plans;
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive school environment that values diversity and promotes autism awareness;
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and reporting to parents/guardians as needed;
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge;

About the Role:
