Empowering Students with Disabilities at First Class Support
">We are committed to delivering exceptional support services to students with disabilities at First Class Support, a leading National Maintenance Hire provider. As a Support Worker for Deaf Students, you will play a vital role in empowering students to thrive in higher education.
">The successful candidate will have expertise in deaf studies and be able to adapt communication strategies to facilitate student engagement. Breaking down complex assignment briefs and English concepts into manageable components is a key responsibility in this role.
">This opportunity is supported by the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA), and we require our Support Workers to hold a Deaf Postgraduate Qualification or any postgraduate qualification combined with a deaf-related specialist certification. The estimated salary for this position is £25.00 per hour.
">We offer ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, along with flexible working patterns to accommodate diverse student needs. Registration with relevant authorities is mandatory for self-employed support workers.
