British Deaf News is a pioneering organisation dedicated to improving deaf people's health and wellbeing for nearly 40 years. We provide a range of innovative services, including social care, psychological therapy, domestic abuse support, advocacy, and children and young people's services.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will inherit a thriving charity with an inspiring vision. You will be responsible for leading and growing high-quality regulated services, increasing opportunities for income generation, and driving organisational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and growing regulated services, with experience of advocacy for marginalised communities. They will also possess direct experience of living and working with deaf people, embracing our proudly deaf-led and BSL-first culture.
