About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mentor for Deaf Pupils. As a mentor, you will provide guidance and support to deaf pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their academic goals. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with deaf children and young people, and be committed to delivering high-quality educational outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in teaching deaf children and young people, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you do not hold the mandatory qualification, you must have completed a statutory induction period and be willing to undertake the part-time, two-year Teacher of the Deaf training from September 2025.
