As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advocating for the rights and interests of deaf people, promoting accessibility and inclusivity, and developing innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by the deaf community.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of advocacy, with experience of working with marginalised communities. They will also possess direct experience of living and working with deaf people, embracing our proudly deaf-led and BSL-first culture.

**Compensation**

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
