Sensory Impairment Advisor

First Class Support is seeking a Sensory Impairment Advisor to join our team and provide expert support to students with sensory impairments. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring students with sensory impairments have equal access to academic materials.
Job Requirements:This role involves developing and implementing effective communication plans, briefing students on complex assignment briefs and English concepts, and adapting communication strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Working closely with students to understand their individual needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with academic staff and other support services.
The estimated salary for this position is £25.00 per hour, and we expect our Support Workers to hold a Deaf Postgraduate Qualification or any postgraduate qualification combined with a deaf-related specialist certification.
