Job Overview
Equals One Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their service desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality support for clients and driving business growth through effective team management.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,300 pa + Benefits.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Equals One Ltd. As a Service Desk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the service desk team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved for client accounts.
  • Determining and coordinating workflows to drive efficiencies, set priorities, and delegate tasks to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction rates.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of service desk operations and customer service principles.
