Job Summary:
Nantwich Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and registering patients, handling phone calls and correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and processing medical records.
- Managing patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and staff.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical software and technology, including EMIS and Docman.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
