About the Role:

This position is perfect for a candidate with a background in both science and business, who is looking to make an impact in life sciences automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the company's go-to-market strategy for the automation product.
  • Investigate new uses for the automation technology and utilize professional networks to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business development strategies and targets.
  • Establish new procedures that may involve building a commercial team.

Qualifications:

  1. A commercially oriented scientist with business development expertise.
  2. Proven history of forming strategic partnerships within a biotech context.
  3. Background knowledge of process development and/or cell and gene therapies is desirable, though candidates from other fields will still be considered.

Estimated Annual Salary: £70,000 - £100,000
