Senior Facilities Manager Job Description

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities management activities at one of our key client sites. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a group of professionals across four sites to ensure the successful delivery of the JLL Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote high levels of client and tenant satisfaction by promptly responding to their service requirements

• Demonstrate leadership and provide direction to the JLL team on site to promote engagement and excellence in customer service and delivery

• Oversee PPM schedules, task systems, EHS, and quality compliance

• Ensure compliance with JLL and client best practices, policies, and procedures, including statutory compliance, quality, and EHS compliance

• Act as the go-to person for all facilities, project, fit-out, and crisis management activities on site, ensuring timely solutions and identifying and removing potential roadblocks

• Develop a close working relationship with client key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and FM vendors to ensure they understand the client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service

• Monitor PPM schedules, O&M's, warranties, task systems, asset, and life cycle registers

• Responsible for health and safety during events, including contractor supervision, reviewing of H&S documentation, and working closely with the Health & Safety Manager

• Ensure office housekeeping and cleanliness are delivered to the highest standards, and soft services functions are delivered in a timely, efficient, and customer-oriented fashion.

Requirements:

• Experienced in managing total FM services, preferably with some project management experience

• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing supply partners

• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Experienced in financial management and budgeting while identifying cost savings/avoidance

• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements

• Able to display initiative, confidence, and professionalism in all dealings

• Experienced delivering combined services facilities management contracts in a client site

• Degree qualified, preferably in property, facilities operations, or engineering
