Customer Experience Manager

Redway HR is looking for a seasoned Visitor Operations Supervisor to manage our visitor services team. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our visitor floor, including roster scheduling and coaching/training staff members.
The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experience
- demonstrable experience in coaching and training staff
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- good initiative and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
The salary for this position is £34,617 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days' holiday allowance, pension scheme with up to 7.5% employer contribution, life assurance, and employee assistance programme.
