Job Description

The Centre Operations Assistant primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer experience and support the General Manager in delivering operational excellence. The successful candidate will also support the General Manager by carrying out ad-hoc duties, such as managing centre standards, resolving customer queries, and conducting pre-event inspections.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Planning and Organising: Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work closely with the General Manager and other teams.
