Customer Experience Associate

We're on the lookout for a Customer Experience Associate with a focus on sales to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while actively driving sales growth. You'll be the bridge between our products/services and our clients' needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships. Your ability to provide top-notch customer experiences and close sales will be crucial in achieving our revenue goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with our clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through personalized interactions.
- Understand client needs through effective communication and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, gather feedback, and support growth strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and forecasts in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to team success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Effective negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Familiarity with the industry and our product/service offerings is advantageous.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: £21,000.00-£39,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
