Customer Experience Associate

We believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression, and we are searching for a Customer Experience Associate to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service while helping our customers find beauty in every moment.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing them with guidance, answering inquiries, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact point for our brand, helping to provide a consistent, luxury experience for customers and clients
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their preferences, suggesting products and always going above and beyond to assist them
- Handle customer enquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses
- Own customer enquiries end-to-end, from first point of contact through to successful resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout
- Liaise with corporate clients, placing orders tailored to their brief, whilst identifying and nurturing potential partnership opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Magento and Zendesk knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- A love for flowers or the floral industry is a plus
You will be working on a rota basis, 5 days a week (Monday-Sunday). The role is partially remote with the requirement to attend face to face training and work 2 days per week from our office in West London.
