Customer Experience Associate

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scan, a leading digital health scale-up. As the UK's largest medical imaging platform, we provide patients and clinicians with faster access to diagnostics.

Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patients receive timely and accurate information about our services. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to drive patient satisfaction and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer interactions through calls, live chats, and emails.
  2. Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize customer wait times and maintain high quality standards.
