Customer Experience Specialist

We are a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Solihull. This role involves overseeing customer relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing exceptional customer care.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B company with SaaS experience. They should be able to learn new software systems, possess excellent customer care skills, and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage customer relationships as needed for prospect references
- Implement internal initiatives to continue to drive efficiencies within the Customer Success team
- Proactively consult and oversee customers' sales-i activity to recommend training and enablement best practices
