Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our talented team at Walker & Sloan Ltd, a Certified B Corp. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer experience skills and the ability to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for developing strategies, planning content, segmenting data, deploying campaigns, and analyzing results. They will work closely with the Head of Customer Experience to ensure timely, error-free campaign delivery aligned with client goals.

The successful candidate will also mentor Junior CRM and CX Executives, develop cutting-edge strategies, and refine tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Dotdigital.

About the Role:
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end campaign management across channels such as email, SMS, and CRM automation.
  • Developing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Mentoring junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
