About This OpportunityYou'll be leading a team to drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to maximize sales potential and maintain top-notch customer service.
- Managing a team of Brow and Beauty Experts, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet sales objectives.
- Fostering strong relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and encouraging repeat business.
- Ensuring the counter remains fully stocked and reporting any issues to the area manager promptly.
- Establishing open communication channels between store/department managers and area managers, prioritizing a clean and hygienic work environment.
This role demands flexibility, including occasional weekend, evening, and holiday work.
