About This Opportunity

You'll be leading a team to drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading your team to maximize sales potential and maintain top-notch customer service.
  2. Managing a team of Brow and Beauty Experts, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet sales objectives.
  3. Fostering strong relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and encouraging repeat business.
  4. Ensuring the counter remains fully stocked and reporting any issues to the area manager promptly.
  5. Establishing open communication channels between store/department managers and area managers, prioritizing a clean and hygienic work environment.
Necessary Qualifications

This role demands flexibility, including occasional weekend, evening, and holiday work.
