Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT service management professional to lead our UK Tech Support team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a service desk, ideally within a managed services environment.

The role involves mentoring team members, managing major incidents, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Mentor and develop team members to improve their technical and customer service skills.
  2. Manage and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Act as an escalation point for customers and ensure their issues are resolved quickly.
  4. Promote a culture of learning and development within the team.
  5. Ensure all tickets are progressed and resolved within agreed SLAs.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  1. A minimum of 2 years leading a team in an MSP environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft365, Azure services, networking, and Windows 10/11.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
