Service Desk Analyst Role Overview

The Service Desk Analyst position at Nando's UK & IRE requires a professional with excellent technical skills and customer service experience. As a key member of the IT team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and resolve user incidents and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with the Service Team Leader to develop and implement knowledge base articles and procedures
  • Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, including software installations and hardware configurations
  • Ensure restaurant hardware and software are investigated and resolved promptly
  • Deliver technical inductions to new starters and provide training to users as needed

Requirements:

  • 18+ months Service Desk experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing software
  • Strong technical skills, including software installation and patching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively
