Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to young adults in our Post-16 supported living provision. Your role will involve utilising your excellent communication skills to understand and connect with our residents, addressing significant issues, and providing the necessary support to enable them to thrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field. Experience in a similar role is desirable, although not essential. A full driving license and access to a car are also required, as you will be responsible for transporting our residents to various appointments and activities. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
