Vulnerable Young People Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vulnerable Young People Specialist to join our team in the Southampton and Chichester areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young people aged 16-25 in a supported living environment.

The shifts are 24 hours with a highly paid sleep-in, rotas are done one month in advance (subject to change) and you can work up to 4 x 24 hour shifts a week if available. Most shifts are lone working 1:1 with the young person but there is plenty of support available via the management team and on-call.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with young people and their families, and possess good initiative and self-management skills.

Salary:

£15.00 per hour, plus £60.00 sleep-in rate.
