Care Worker Specialist

FPR Group is seeking Care Worker Specialists to join their team in providing care and support to vulnerable adults and post-16 young people in the Hampshire area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a variety of settings and make a real difference in people's lives.
">Pay & Benefits: As a Care Worker Specialist, you will receive competitive hourly rates of pay (approximately £11-£14 per hour), paid weekly via BACS, and separate holiday pay. You will also benefit from enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS provided, mandatory training and certificates, and optional Workplace Pension.*
About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults and post-16 young people. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, emotional resilience, patience, and empathy. Previous experience in supporting adults is desirable but not essential.
