About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Youth Worker to join our team at New Wine Trust. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in shaping the spiritual lives of young people across Southampton. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact and contribute to our mission of releasing young people as influencers of culture.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning and execution of Friday YTH nights, Sunday YTH CHRCH, and midweek school's work.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local schools, promoting our work and values within the community.
- Collaborating with the Sunday YTH CHRCH team to deliver high-quality worship services and discipleship programs.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in Christian youth work, with a focus on discipleship and mentorship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with young people and their families.
- A deep understanding of our organizational values and a strong faith foundation.

Salary and Benefits
