We are looking for skilled Adult Services Assistants to join our team in providing support to vulnerable adults and post-16 young people in various settings throughout the Hampshire area. As an Adult Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Pay & Benefits: As an Adult Services Assistant, you will enjoy excellent hourly rates of pay (approximately £12-£15 per hour), paid weekly via BACS, and separate holiday pay. You will also benefit from enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS provided, mandatory training and certificates, and optional Workplace Pension.*

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to adults and post-16 young people. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, emotional resilience, patience, and empathy. Previous experience in supporting adults is desirable but not essential.
