About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Bank Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive quality care and support. Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with their daily needs, following care plans, and providing one-to-one time.
