About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Oyster Care Homes Limited. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, as well as mentoring and supporting less experienced staff members.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care and support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Mentor and support less experienced staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
