Resident Care Specialist

About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Care Specialist at our Southampton care home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in caring for older people and possess excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide one-to-one time with residents to engage them in activities and conversations.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
