Domestic Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality domestic care services to our residents. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, while also ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Laundry:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collect, wash, dry, iron, and distribute clothing, linens, and towels.
- Health and Safety:
- Follow infection control and hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
- Safely handle cleaning materials and equipment, adhering to COSHH regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
- Support and Interaction:
- Engage politely and professionally with residents and staff.
- Assist residents where appropriate, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Estimated Salary: £23,500 - £26,000 per annum.
