Become a Resident Care Manager at Pick for Britain

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care home's leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage your shift with expertise and compassion
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with care assistants to provide support and guidance
  • Participate in service development initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others with a strong understanding of care planning processes
  • Excellent organizational, IT, and delegation skills
