About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team, responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and be able to provide individualized care and support to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management and care planning
• Ensure the dignity and preferences of our residents are respected
Person Specification:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
